Indigenous Relations
White Bear First Nation and Jerry Mainil Limited have worked together on various projects since 2022
and in November of 2024 they took the next step in formalizing their partnership into a Joint Venture.
Our ultimate goal is to be working together to offer a service solution in heavy, medium, and light civil
construction in the southern Saskatchewan area.
This partnership will include a revenue sharing model, as well as Nation community benefits
emphasizing the development of professional skills and capabilities to advance employment and
professional development of White Bear First Nations Members. The partnership vision we are
building between Jerry Mainil Limited and White Bear First Nations will support recruitment activities
for WBFN Membership, apprenticeships, sponsorships, community investments, and training
programs.
