Quality Control/Assurance (QC/QA) Program

At Jerry Mainil Ltd. we strive to maintain the highest customer standards.  We have taken our Quality System beyond the minimum requirements of the Province of Saskatchewan in order to ensure our customers are satisfied with our work. We are in good standing with TSASK (Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan) as well being a CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) permit holder certified as a Div. 2 CSA W47.1 shop. 

In order to do this, we have a Quality Assurance Manual and a program to help us audit our Quality Program and ensure compliance to our customer Quality Control and Quality Assurance requirements. We are constantly working to refine our program and systems to ensure our customers are satisfied that the product they receive meets and/or exceeds their expectations. Our full-time QC/QA team will ensure finished products meet customers and code standards, verify documentation and provide clients with a final turnover package.

We are qualified to complete the following:

 

 

  • ASME B31.1 Power Piping
  • ASME B31.3 Process Piping
  • CSA-Z662-15 Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems
  • The fabrication of carbon or stainless piping in accordance with ASME B31.3 and CSA-Z662-15.
  • The construction of boiler external piping in accordance with ASME Section I and ASME B31.1
  • The repair and/or alteration of existing power boilers in accordance with ASME Section I and heating boilers in accordance with ASME Section IV.
  • The fabrication or the repair/alteration of pressure vessels built to ASME Section VIII Division I.
  • The manufacture of pressure fittings in accordance with ASME B31.3 and ASME Section VIII Division I.
  • S.A. – Code B51
  • CWB CSA Standard W47.1 DIV 2- Fabrication and welding of structural steel, skids, and service rigs for the oil and gas sector

By developing responsible and comprehensive environmental managements systems, we go above and beyond the industry standard to mitigate constructions impact without compromising project efficiency or creating cost overruns for clients.

Our employees are trained in proper soil handling, environmental reclamation techniques and minimal-disturbance procedures to ensure that our projects meet or exceed government or client specific expectations. We work closely in collaboration with government, landowners, our clients and other representatives to ensure that the environment we live and work in is preserved for future generations.
